Graeme has over 18 years’ experience in talent acquisition and non-permanent worker programmes.  He has worked on both the buy-side (8 years) and the supply-side (8 years).  Graeme has led global roll outs of inhouse and outsourced programmes and associated technology.  He is experienced in leading change and in supporting change.  Graeme is a regular speaker at conferences and is passionate about the use of data in programmes.

In 2016 Graeme was responsible for realising in excess of $100m USD savings from a mature programme.
